 you've seen it too! Pennington and Bailes sold it's first pair of Staduim pants in 2006. It was the 3 year dream of Mel Pennington and Tygh Bailes. Even though it was started at a Carolina tailgate, I still love this company! The good news is that they now have clothes for Clemson fans (and 38 different college teams)! Wow!
