Thirsty Thursday & An Appetizer

Where did this week go? Can you believe it's already THURSDAY??

You better believe I'll be making both of these tonight!

We have a ton of honeycrisp apples in our fridge right now and this cocktail is the perfect way to use them!I love champagne and I love apples so it's the perfect combination...and so EASY to make!

And the baked brie- I've loved it ever since I was a little kids. I've had it several places before but I think what makes this one better is what I serve it with... Anna's ginger thins. Y'all-these are SO good. You HAVE to try them...and what better way to try them than dipping them in Kahlua and brie??
